Proserv Offshore have recently become the Zone 11 agents for Doosan Diesel Marine Engines.

We offer a full range of industrial and marine engines from 70kW—883kW which can be packages to suit our customers needs. This includes the supply of base skid mounted power units to fully certified ATEX compliant Zone 11 power systems. We also stock a full parts inventory for all our manufactured products.

Recently built specialist “Rigsafe” & Zone 11 pump units for Glycol & Methanol based fluids

Zone 11 Air Compressor manufactured to control sub surface safety valves by remote control. This unit is sound attenuated to 82dBA, ATEX compliant, and fully certified for use in hazardous areas.

Subsea Tooling

Proserv Offshore also manufacture specialist subsea tooling for projects where there is no off-the-shelf solution. Examples of this are:

• Deepwater subsea cutting shears, capable of severing up to 50” diameters
• Hydraulic flange bolt cutter, used to separate the flow line flanges from the subsea tree spool piece extremely accurately.

All equipment is manufactured to the latest European Regulations and assembled in-line with our accredited quality control procedures.
