High Pressure Cleaning & Coating Removal Systems

Proserv Offshore's high and ultra high pressure coating removal tools, will remove external concrete weightcoat and protective coatings quickly and efficiently, replacing existing labour intensive operations.

All of our systems are operated remotely, and can be applied topside as well as subsea, leaving surfaces with a SA2 finish, allowing for an effective inspection.

Proserv Offshore's tooling solutions cover pipe sizes ranging from 8" to 80" and can be deployed by a vessel crane or winch wire.  Alternatively a range of smaller, remotely operated and hand held tooling are available for other pipe sizes.

The ProJet is a range of protective coating removal systems powered by HP water, designed to remove concrete and other protective coating on pipelines ranging from 8" to 49".  The system is capable of both circumferential and linear passes with only diver or ROV intervention necessary to cut the re-enforced bars exposed by the coating removal.  A SA2 surface finish can be achieved using this system.

The InDepth is a low pressure air/ grit cleaning tool, which provides fast and efficient cleaning operations to a SA2.5 finish.  By using dry grit, rather than slurry, the InDepth reduces the hose weight and also eliminates potential clogging.

Proserv Offshore's range of MGRT's (Marine growth removal tools) have working pressure ranges from 390 bar to 2500 bar and are capable of fitment to a variety of tubulars.  They are designed for the removal of all hard of soft marine growth and are easily installed by abseilers, divers or ROV's.  Each tool upon fitting is remotely controlled from the surface by our experienced technicians.
