pdr_0014b_220 Proserv Offshore manufacture for sale or hire electrically driven Hotjet units, these packages are available in Zone 1 or Zone 11 format, fully ATEX compliant with working pressures up to 690 bar.

Units are available in a fully enclosed skid, standard offshore container and trolley mounted, with power ratings between 5-110kW.

Heavy duty industrial cleaning Hotjet unit: DNV certified stainless steel offshore lifting skid, ATEX compliant and manufactured to the latest European Regulations.

Triplex plunger pump producing 25 lit/min @ 300 bar working pressure, 33kW Zone 1 heating element, motor and starter panel. Unit complete with 30m HP hose on hose reel and pressure gun type lance with detergent valve.

hot_wash_jetter_017_220 Trolley mounted offshore Hotjet unit ideal for moving around decks and machinery spaces offshore. Stainless steel base and canopy. Fully ATEX compliant and manufactured to the European standards. Triplex plunger pump producing 14 lit/min @ 205 bar working pressure, 30kW Zone 1 heating element, motor and starter panel. Unit complete with 30m HP hose on hose reel and pressure gun type lance with detergent valve.

These units can be configured to pump variable flows and pressures as well as a wide range of fluids. Common uses being hot oil for pipework cleaning, umbilical testing, fluid cleaning and system fluid replacement.
