Specialist Accessories

Proserv Offshore have an extensive range of Specialist Accessories to compliment their fleet of high and ultra-high pressure pumping units. These accessories have an operating pressure from 100—3000 bar, and are fully certified and manufactured for ease of servicing and reliability.

Hose Rotating Unit

Specifically designed to unblock process pipework situated in hard to reach areas and allows various diameters of pipework to be cleaned in-situ without costly disassembly and re-instatement.

Multi-gun valves

These high quality, field proven Multi-gun valves allow the use of our twin and triple HP&UHP pumps to supply up to three guns simultaneously.

Liquid flow rates can be balanced or set up unevenly depending on the task, but the pressure remains constant.

Specialist nozzles

From 100—3000 bar working pressure, these include UHP cold cutting nozzles capable of cutting a wide range of steel, concrete and composite materials without mechanical or thermal distortion.

SpiderJet

Surface preparation unit for stripping vertical, inclined and horizontal surfaces with ultra-high pressure water up to 3000bar and attached by vacuum force.

Proserv Offshore also offer manufacturing of project tooling, these unique tools are designed and built in-house to exacting standards and are fully tested prior to use. With an ever increasing need for reducing personnel injury risk, we continue  to R&D semi and fully automatic manipulators with remote controls to maintain a safe working area for the operator.
